About the Firm

Trusted Counsel. Tenacious Advocacy.

Arneson Axelberg Law was built on a simple belief: people who have been wronged deserve a fierce, dedicated and compassionate advocate in their corner. We combine strong advocacy, careful legal research, thorough analysis and experienced insight with genuine commitment to every client we serve.

Our Mission

We founded Arneson Axelberg Law to give individuals and families access the kind of tenacious, high-quality legal representation that was once reserved for large corporations and the wealthy. We believe everyone deserves justice.  Whether you are fighting back against a wrongful termination, defending your right to pursue your advanced education, or protecting your disabled child's education rights - we bring the same intensity and dedication to every matter we handle. And we do it with compassion and a commitment to serve our client's best interest at every stage of the process.

Our Core Values

Client First

Every decision we make is guided by what is best for our clients. We listen carefully, communicate clearly, and fight tenaciously.

Integrity

We tell clients the truth — about their case, their options, and their chances. Honest counsel is the foundation of trust.

Tenacity

We do not back down from difficult cases or powerful opponents. When our clients have been wronged, we pursue a resolution that protects our clients and provides them the justice they deserve.

California Community

We are proud to serve California residents  - and we often co-counsel and collaborate with larger heavy-hitting law firms across the state to ensure your case receives the expertise and full staff support it needs, while never sacrificing personalized care and commitment.

The Strength Behind the Firm

Boutique Attention. Big-Case Capability.

Being a boutique firm is a strength, not a limitation. It means you get the personal attention and direct access of a small firm - and when a matter calls for more, whether because of its size, complexity, or the specialized expertise it requires, we partner with carefully selected co-counsel firms so you have the personal attention to detail supported by the depth and resources of a full team - without compromise.

Co-counsel arrangements are handled entirely between the firms — at no additional cost or inconvenience to you. Your fee arrangement never changes.
